Australian Adventure Group Holdings Pty Ltd (AAGH) announces the sale of adventure travel agency brands Peterpans Travel and Student Uni Travel, along with the technology platform WebsiteTravel. The renowned travel brands have returned to the hands of their original founder, Matt McCourt, under the ownership of Global Travel Marketplace Pty Ltd (GTM).  

Effective 18th December 2023, GTM assumed ownership and operations of Peterpans Travel, Student Uni Travel and WebsiteTravel. No action is required from agents and operators using the technology platform, and services and payments will continue without interruptions. 

AAGH will maintain ownership and operation of well-loved Australian tour brands, including Adventure Tours Australia, Outback Tour Services, and Dingo’s K'Gari Adventures. Our commitment is unwavering as we prioritise our tour offerings' quality, growth, and expansion, positioning ourselves as a dedicated and specialised travel operator.
